By accessing or using Arc Port, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension.

The source code for Arc Port is published under an open-source license and is available on GitHub. The Arc browser brand, name, and associated trademarks are the property of The Browser Company and are not affiliated with this project.


3. Disclaimer of Warranties ​

Arc Port is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The author(s) will implement best practices in code quality and security, but do not guarantee that:

  • The extension will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • Any defects will be corrected.
  • The extension is free of harmful components.

4. Limitation of Liability ​

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the author(s) of Arc Port shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Arc Port does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All extension functionality operates locally within your browser. No analytics, tracking, or telemetry is included.
